IZO STAKLO
IZO STAKLO from Prilep is continuing the tradition of SIGURNOSNO STAKLO AD Prilep. With the intensive investment activity during the last years and the purchase of new modern equipment. IZO STAKLO managed to impose itself as a regional leader in the glass treatment industry. We are renowned on the market for our calyx and laminated glass, straight and curved, thermo-insulation glass and armor glass.
LAMINATED GLASS
Laminated glass is used in the construction industry for making structural glass façade and for performance of extravagant interiors. The modern technology for treatment of glass allows us to realize almost every creation and imagination of our clients. Depending on the requirements and the characteristics of every project we manufacture glass with more layers and PVB foil that enables larger security, heat and sound insulation.
Armor glass is made of more glass layers and PVB foil with thickness of 27 to 66 mm. It enables maximum protection from weapons and bullets. It is convenient for banks, exchange offices, malls. Having hardness and endurance under pressure, this glass finds application as partition wall in homes, pools, eaves and glass floors.
IZO STAKLO is the only manufacturer of car windshields in Macedonia. The most modern equipment that we feature allows serial production of windshields for all types of vehicles. The automobile program includes production of curved laminated glass – windshield, straight laminated glass and calyx glass for vehicle side windows and calyx glass for agricultural and construction mechanization.
CALYX GLASS
Calyx glass is security glass that is manufactured by heating the glass at extremely high temperature with a thermic cooling shock. This glass is seven times harder than standard glass it endures high temperatures up to 300° C and it breaks in very tiny pieces. Therefore it is built where there is high frequency of people. Our program includes production of calyx glass for showers, calyx glass doors, sliding glass doors, exterior and interior fences, tractor cabins and side windows vehicle glass.
SMART GLASS
This is special glass, manufactured from LCD smart film, put between two layers of PBV foil, laminated in glass and connected with contact electrodes that allow flow of electrical power. This kind of treated glass when connected with electrical power source turns transparent and when the source is removed it turns dark and nontransparent. With installation of potentiometer it is possible to regulate the intensity of light. Smart Glass enables discretion and it is convenient for offices where with the turning of the remote control the open space turns into a meeting hall.
ИЗО СТАКЛО
Thermoinsulation glass
Made by two or more glass panes, separated by aluminum batten. It enables sound and thermo insulation. It’s possible to combine it with calyx or laminated glass for additional hardness and protection.
Ceramic glass
Manufactured using special technology and it enables temperature endurance up to 800° C. It is made to be built into stoves, ovens etc.
